A wall for New Year wishes,
and movement made of starlight

The 2025 Gangnam Media Winter Festa filled K-POP Square outside Samseong Station with media art, lights and trees. In two of the white “Walls of Hope” along the back of the plaza, KNOVCOMPILE created two experiences for passersby: MEMORY WALL and VISUAL WALL.

Overhead model of K-POP Square: five white structures line the back. The second, red face is MEMORY WALL; the fourth, navy face is VISUAL WALL. Wonder Stage is on the left, with tree islands and gift-box cubes in front.A MEMORY WALL B VISUAL WALL

From a phone to a wall,
from a gesture to starlight

Flowing words became cards,
and rain became starlight

Both walls evolved through several iterations. MEMORY WALL changed from flowing handwritten text filling the screen to cards with different colors and shapes for each message. VISUAL WALL changed from silhouettes in color-shifting rain to starlight outlines of shimmering points linked like lines. These became the final visual treatments.
