The exposed movement,
translated into space.

Tradition's exposed structure became the starting point for a space of moving light and sound.

The exposed movement

Visible beyond the dial,
the relationship of parts and framework

Interpreting structure

A frame that opens up space

With the structure itself exposed,
a space reduced to its framework

Interpreting movement

The rhythm of light and sound

Through flowing light and sound,
time unfolds in space

Structure and reflection create
the depth of light

Vertical light is arranged in an open frame, with reflections extending its depth.

Media room: approx. 11.9 × 7.5 m · Ceiling height on plan: 3 m

The artwork sits centrally across the width, slightly behind the room's midpoint.

Through light's speed and density,
composing the movement of time.

The pulses and flow of the vertical LEDs were coordinated with sound.

We exposed the structure and expressed time through the movement of light and sound.

An original score,
light synchronized frame by frame

We composed music inspired by the watch movement and aligned light and sound on a shared timeline.

From concept to simulation,
then to the installation.

  1. 01

    Spatial and structural concept

We review the exposed framework and reflective floor through mockups.

  2. 02

    Creating light patterns

We compose speed, density and scene transitions within the grid of light.

  3. 03

    Structure fabrication and installation

The frames and LEDs take shape in the actual space.
