남양주 원단 공장 — 미완성 자원이 해체와 결합을 거쳐 완성으로 나아가는 흐름.

〈Decomposed〉는 반사형 디스플레이와 기하학적 그래픽으로 자원의 잠재력을 시각화한 레이저 아트워크다.

Concept개념

“미완성의 자원은, 아직 완성되지 않았을 뿐이다.”

〈Decomposed〉는 미완성 자원이 지닌 잠재력에 주목한 작품이다. 남양주 원단 공장을 배경으로, 원단이 해체되고 재조립되는 물리적 공정을 시각화했다.

반사형 디스플레이와 기하학적 그래픽을 통해, 자원이 분해와 결합을 거쳐 완성된 형태로 변모하는 흐름을 담아냈다.

Process프로세스

공간 Site — 남양주의 원단 공장 — 원단이 만들어지는 공정의 현장을 그대로 작품의 배경으로 삼았다.

디스플레이 Display — 반사형 디스플레이 위에 기하학적 그래픽을 얹어, 실물과 반사상이 겹치는 이중의 화면을 만든다.

서사 Narrative — 해체 → 분해 → 재조립 — 자원이 완성으로 나아가는 공정의 흐름을 그래픽의 전개 순서로 옮겼다.

통제 포인트 Control — 반사면의 각도와 그래픽의 대비를 조율해, 실공간과 반사 공간의 경계가 화면 안에서 자연스럽게 섞이게 했다.

〈Decomposed〉 explores the latent potential of unfinished resources within a textile factory. The work visualizes the transformation of raw materials as they are unraveled and assembled. Using reflective displays and geometric graphics, it captures the cycle of deconstruction and recombination, tracing the evolution of resources into their final forms.
